Touchlink Mobile subcontractor on a £1m deal the world-known magazine FHM signed with a sponsor.
FHM in the UK signed a sponsorship deal worth £1m with milkshake brand Frijj to back its High Street Honeys competition. The cross-media sponsorship should span magazine and online content as well as telephone, licensing and point-of-sale promotions. Situation FHM was committed to bringing mobile content to the market as part of the sponsorship deal entered with Frijj for a FHM competition called "High Street Honeys". Touchlink Mobile was contacted to suggest and develop concepts and that could be used to boost the awareness of "High Street Honeys" and make the way for FHM as a brand in the mobile content industry. Solution TouchLink Mobile developed several concepts and demos of the games, three of which were selected and approved by the customer. An important issue for the customer was that the games utilize as many aspects of the brand as possible. Touchlink Mobile produced a unique FHM style for menus, splash screens and in-game graphics. Several portings of the games were made to cover all handsets that the customer required. After going through extensive Quality Assurance, the project was handed over to the brand holder and subsequently approved.
Results In just over one month Touchlink Mobile was able to successfully develop, test and approve three different games for the FHM High Street HoneysT brand.
